Two ways to laminate
- High Pressure Lamination (HPL): high pressure laminate bonded to the core you choose, ordered line by line
- Rolled Paper & Vinyl Lamination: paper and vinyl surfaces laminated from the roll
High Pressure Lamination (HPL)
We build HPL panels to order: high pressure laminate bonded to the core you choose, so you don't source the laminate and the substrate separately.
Download the HPL order form (PDF, 1 page, 121 KB). It has room for up to 10 lines. For each line, tell us:

Rolled Paper & Vinyl Lamination
We laminate paper and vinyl surfaces from the roll onto panels and components, from the same supplier that stocks the substrate. For an RFQ, tell us:
- Substrate: panel type or component, with thickness and size
- Surface: paper or vinyl, and the color, pattern or sample you want matched
- Faces to laminate (one side or two)
- Quantity and cadence

What does HPL mean?
High pressure laminate: a hard-wearing decorative surface bonded to a panel core. On our order form, each line lists the core, the face and the back.
Can I supply my own laminate or film?
Ask sales. Tell us what you have and what you need laminated, and we'll tell you what works.
